Stacia Gowens is Senior Director of Marketing and Professional Education for SomnoMed, Inc. and is responsible for creating compelling messages for dentist, physician, patient and payer customer groups and creating and maintaining consistency across online and offline communication channels.  She also serves as a member of the organization’s senior management team. 

Stacia began her career with Armstrong World Industries as a Marketing Representative in 1995 and left that position to pursue an MBA. After graduate school, Stacia started with Eli Lilly and Company where she was responsible for formulating pricing, rebating and promotional strategies for a host of different products for business customers. She also demonstrated success as District Sales Manager, leading the efforts of 13 sales representatives, and as a project manager for a health outcomes project where her strategic and tactical recommendations were wholly accepted and a VP for Health Outcomes was hired to transform the organization. Stacia also worked as the Manager of the Physician Liaison team at Indiana University Health, and initiated implementation standards, outcome-driven result reporting, and sales training for her team of seven professional liaisons. Relocating to Texas, Stacia became the Marketing Director for New Product Commercialization and had responsibility for developing go-to-market strategies for a national group purchasing organization, Novation, for its highest profile products as well as overseeing the creation of innovative marketing collateral.

Stacia received both her B.A. (1995) and MBA (2000) in marketing from Michigan State University.

A strategic marketing innovator and Digital/MCM expert with over 20 years of progressive experience, ranging from large organizations to startups. Neil has a background with multiple executive-level strategic Multi-Channel Marketing roles in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech and Medical Device space.

Neil began his career in the marketing agency arena in NYC, transitioning into the Pharmaceutical space in 2000. Neil worked with market-leading pharmaceutical companies such as GSK, Teva Pharmaceuticals and Forest Laboratories. In addition, he had a leadership role on the management launch team that received FDA approval of Viibryd and executed the successful sale of Trovis Pharmaceuticals to Forest Labs (FRX) for $1.3B in 2011.

After the sale of Trovis, Neil founded Zenithar Consulting in 2011 which broadened his strategic experience with many high-level pharmaceutical clients such as AbbVie, Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS), Pfizer Global and Reckitt Benckiser (Healthcare Brands). Neil has recently spoken at 2 other key events: Future Pharma in October and Life Sciences Commercial Data Insights 2018 in November. Currently, Neil is working with Sunovion in their digital MCM group, working in the respiratory franchise.


Anthony Matyjaszewski
VP for Compliance and Member Development, NAI

As Vice President of Compliance and Membership at the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI), Anthony Matyjaszewski leads the NAI’s compliance team in their review program for all member companies and directs the onboarding process for new members. Anthony also drafted the current version of the NAI Code of Conduct, which sets forth guidance, requirements, and best practices for over 100 NAI member companies in the digital advertising ecosystem. Prior to joining the NAI, Anthony researched and wrote about the issues at the intersection of law and technology. He has clerked at both the NAI and the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) where he co-wrote an article on the changing meaning of personal data. He received his B.A. cum laude in Psychology from the University of Maine at Farmington, where he was a member of the Psi Chi Honor Society. Anthony earned a J.D. cum laude from the University of Maine School of Law. Anthony is a Certified Information Privacy Professional.
